The vintage lounge chair and ottoman are in good condition. Please note, there is a split in the upholstery along the left armrest (see pics 3 & 4) and a missing tufted button on the seat (see pic 5). Also, the previous owner raised the seat height from 16” to 18” by welding an extender to the original neck at the base (pic 6 shows a temporary disassembly of the metal insert connected to the bottom of the seat and the metal tube, in reference, attached to the chair’s base).

The buyer could easily have a metal fabricator cut the extension to bring it back to it’s original seat height of 16” (approximately). However, the lounge chair & ottoman remains fully functional, comfortable and useable as is.
